This Privacy Policy explains how YeloAI handles information when you use our AI-powered video creation features.
Our approach is to process only the information reasonably needed for the feature you choose. We do not use your private creative materials to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.
Depending on the feature you choose, YeloAI may process:
Creative materials you choose to provide
l photos;
l videos;
l text prompts; and
l other content selected by you for video generation.
Generation task information
l selected generation mode;
l template or effect type;
l generation status; and
l technical information necessary to complete or troubleshoot a generation request.
Basic technical information
We may process limited information such as device type, app version, operating system version, error logs, network information, or performance information to maintain the Service, diagnose failures, and protect security.We do not intentionally request information unrelated to providing YeloAI unless a particular feature actually requires it.
Photos, videos, and text you intentionally submit are processed only for purposes related to the feature you request, such as:
l transforming a photo into a video;
l generating a video from a text description;
l applying motion, dance, or character animation effects;
l generating creative content from a selected template;
l returning generated results; and
l resolving generation failures or technical errors.
Submitting materials to YeloAI does not transfer ownership of those materials to us.
We do not sell your private photos or videos to advertisers or use them to build advertising profiles.
Some YeloAI features allow users to submit photos or videos containing human faces. Facial visual characteristics contained in submitted media may be temporarily analyzed by AI systems as necessary to create the video effect requested by the user.
YeloAI may process visible facial imagery and visual characteristics contained in photos or videos that you intentionally submit.
YeloAI does not collect face data for the purpose of identifying a person's real-world identity.
We do not create or retain identity-authentication or identification data such as:
l facial embeddings;
l biometric templates;
l permanent facial profiles; or
l Face ID data.
YeloAI does not use submitted facial content to verify a person's real-world identity or match that person against government identification records, identity databases, or other identity records.
Face-related information is processed only as necessary to perform a creation request initiated by the user, such as:
l maintaining visual consistency of a person in generated video;
l animating the person depicted in a photo;
l applying motion or dance effects;
l creating character animation selected by the user; or
l preserving visual characteristics necessary to produce the requested result.
We do not use this information for:
l identity authentication;
l building facial recognition databases;
l targeted advertising;
l user profiling;
l marketing;
l behavioral tracking; or
l selling face data.
To perform certain AI video generation requests, photos or videos containing faces may be transmitted to the following third-party AI providers actually involved in processing the generation request:
l KlingAI
l WanAI
Only providers actually used by YeloAI should be listed here.
These providers receive relevant materials only for the purpose of performing the AI generation requested by the user.
Before personal photos, videos, or other personal information are transmitted to a third-party AI provider, YeloAI will disclose the type of information being transmitted, the recipient, and the purpose, and will obtain explicit user permission where required.
We require service providers processing user information on our behalf to apply protections consistent with or equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable law.
Retention on YeloAI-controlled servers:
Uploaded media is deleted within no more than 24 hours after the generation request succeeds or fails
Retention or temporary processing by third-party AI providers:
l KlingAI: Up to 7 days
l WanAI: Up to 24 hours
Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, relevant information is deleted after these periods or handled through the provider's applicable deletion mechanisms.
These periods must be replaced with the actual practices of YeloAI and its providers before publication.
Not every YeloAI generation process takes place locally on your device.
When you choose a feature requiring cloud-based AI processing, the photos, videos, prompts, or task parameters reasonably necessary to complete your request may be transmitted to a third-party AI provider performing the generation.
We transmit only information reasonably necessary for the relevant request.
We do not provide your generation materials to third-party AI providers for advertising purposes.
Providers acting on behalf of YeloAI are not authorized by YeloAI to repurpose this information for unrelated advertising, marketing, or user-profiling purposes.
Information processed by YeloAI is primarily used to:
l perform AI video generation requested by the user;
l deliver generated results;
l display generation status;
l identify and resolve technical failures;
l protect the Service against abuse or security threats;
l improve reliability and performance; and
l comply with legal and platform obligations.
If information already collected for one purpose is proposed to be used for a materially different purpose, we will provide additional notice and obtain further consent where required.
Unless expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law, YeloAI does not:
l sell private photos or videos submitted by users;
l sell face data;
l use face data for advertising;
l use face data to create marketing profiles;
l identify users' real-world identities from face data;
l maintain a facial recognition database;
l make private generation materials publicly available to other users; or
l repurpose information collected for generation for an unrelated purpose without appropriate authorization.
Different categories of information are retained only for the periods reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
Uploaded photos and videos: Retained for no more than 24 hours after a generation request is completed or fails.
Generated results: Stored locally on the user's device.
Technical and diagnostic logs: Retained for up to 30 days.
When information is no longer needed, a valid deletion request is received, or the applicable retention period expires, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
You may choose not to upload a photo or video and may decline permission for third-party AI processing.
Where a feature necessarily depends on such information, declining or withdrawing permission may prevent that particular feature from functioning but does not affect unrelated features.

Please describe your request. We may request limited information reasonably necessary to associate the request with the relevant data but will not require unnecessary information.
Where relevant information remains with a service provider processing it on behalf of YeloAI, we will communicate applicable deletion requests through available contractual and legal mechanisms.
YeloAI accesses protected device resources only when needed for a feature and after you provide the relevant system permission.
For example, Photos or Camera permission may be used to select or capture media that you want to use for video generation.
If you decline a permission, we will not attempt to bypass your system settings to obtain the corresponding information.
Where technically available, we prefer processing only the items you intentionally select rather than accessing unrelated items in your photo library.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or loss of information.
No internet transmission or cloud-based system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, and we therefore cannot promise absolute security.
YeloAI is not directed to children below the age permitted by the App's applicable age rating, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If we learn that children's personal information has been collected contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Depending on your location and the AI service provider involved, information may be processed in a country or region other than the one in which you live.
Where required, we use reasonable contractual, organizational, or other safeguards for international processing of personal information.
Depending on applicable law where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or request a copy of certain personal information.
You may exercise applicable rights by contacting us using the information below.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn.
We may revise this Privacy Policy when YeloAI features, data practices, AI providers, or legal requirements change.
Where a change materially affects how personal information is handled, we may provide notice through the App or another appropriate channel.
